Terms of service

OASAS provides an organizational/executive self-assessment, generated analysis, longitudinal comparison where a plan includes multiple assessments, and companion-book access. Results are informational screening outputs and are not medical, psychological, employment, legal, or financial advice.

You must provide accurate information, keep access methods secure, and use only your own account. Verified email may connect earlier OASAS history belonging to the same email address. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session.

The order review shown before payment controls the selected offer, currency, billing country, discount, VAT presentation, and total. Insight includes one assessment. Progress and Executive include four assessments available for 365 days. Companion-book access is permanent for a valid, non-refunded purchase. Annual offers are prepaid and do not renew automatically in this release.

Payment is processed by SUMIT. Israeli prices are displayed with Israeli VAT included. The service currently applies no Israeli VAT to a non-Israeli billing country, subject to the operator's required evidence and applicable tax obligations. You must provide a truthful billing country.

You may use purchased materials for your own internal assessment and learning. You may not resell access, evade entitlement limits, probe or disrupt the service, scrape private content, upload malicious content, or reproduce and distribute the companion book except where law expressly permits.

An organization pilot requires a separate written scope covering participants, invitations, confidentiality, aggregation, access, retention, and permitted sharing. Purchasing or sponsoring an engagement does not by itself grant access to individual participant answers.

We may maintain, secure, or improve the service and may suspend access needed to address misuse or security risk. Material changes will apply prospectively where required. If a failure prevents delivery, contact support so we can restore service or review a remedy.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer, privacy, cancellation, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The approved refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.
